Flat Rate Counseling to Support our Community

We offer a flat rate of $75 per session for all partner organizations.

This rate ensures every dollar directly supports care for your employees while keeping services sustainable for our community.

Each session rate includes:

Professional Counseling Services: Expert level, compassionate therapy for your employees.
Administrative & Scheduling Support: Our team handles appointment coordination and reminders.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Secure and confidential client documentation.
Facility & Operations: Comfortable, private therapy rooms and operational overhead.
Sustainability Margin: A 20% reinvestment into expanding services and improving community access.

Please note: Counselor scheduling is based on current availability and client volume. We work closely with each partner organization to ensure timely access to care whenever possible.
