Crisis Care Response

What is Crisis Care Response?

When a workplace, school, or organization experiences a sudden loss, traumatic event, or critical incident, your team may need immediate emotional support. Hope Counseling Center offers short-term, group-focused crisis care to help teams process difficult moments together in a safe, guided environment.

We provide compassionate, structured debriefing sessions led by licensed or supervised mental health professionals. These sessions create space for teams to talk, reflect, and begin stabilizing after a critical event.

Important: Hope Counseling Center does not provide emergency or mobile crisis intervention.

For immediate danger, risk of harm, or urgent mental health crises, call 988 or 911.

What is Crisis Care Is

Crisis Care is a short-term group response program designed to support organizations after:

  • A sudden loss or death

  • A traumatic workplace or community incident

  • A critical event affecting staff or students

  • A distressing situation impacting a team’s stability or morale

Our goal is to help your group begin processing what happened, reduce emotional overwhelm, and provide professional support during the early stages of healing.

Who Facilitates the Sessions

Your session may be led by:

  • Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, etc.) – best for trauma-heavy or complex events

  • Provisionally Licensed Counselors (PLPC, LMSW, etc.) – providing group support under supervision

  • Graduate-Level Interns – assisting with facilitation or follow-up (supervised by licensed staff)

All responses are reviewed and coordinated by a licensed clinician to ensure the highest standard of care.
