We are able to keep in-person appointments scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and virtual appointments are available for clients anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Our expected timeframe of construction is roughly three weeks, but we will keep everyone updated as needed when we can return to our new counseling space.

What we accept

Hope Counseling is proud to offer affordable counseling services to self-pay clients!

*Calculate your self-pay estimated fee by clicking here --- Self-Pay Client Fees Estimator

Please note: All self-pay clients must bring their most recent paystubs for household income to their first appointment to determine the fee.
*The client fee tool is an estimator and may not reflect the final price based on the actual household income amount provided to our team.

At Hope Counseling Center, we believe that everyone should have access to affordable mental health care. Along with our self-pay options, which include a sliding scale for individual therapy, we expect to offer Medicaid, Medicare, and a number of commercial payers by the end of 2024. Our goal is to make our services as accessible as possible to all members of our community, regardless of their financial situation.
